Examples from our work
We plan briefings and training to match the activities and requirements in your organisation. With hands-on in-person training and e-learning through our portal we convey occupational safety knowledge clearly and in a way that applies to the job, in German and English. Digital learning modules support the briefings required by law; workplace- and activity-specific content, along with any necessary in-person or practical instruction, is added on top. We document attendance verifiably and provide the associated training records – across multiple sites too.

Ways of working together
You decide how far our support in occupational safety goes: from individual services through ongoing occupational safety support to organising your occupational safety processes across sites. The models can be combined flexibly and adapted as requirements change.
Individual services as needed
You commission specific services – for example a risk assessment, a hazardous-substances register, a briefing or an occupational safety audit. You receive a clearly defined result including the associated documentation.
External occupational safety specialist
We provide your external occupational safety specialist and take on ongoing professional support under DGUV Regulation 2. We determine the scope of support your organisation requires and support you with the formal appointment, including regular support, ASA meetings (occupational safety committee) and accompanying your occupational safety processes.
Structures and processes across sites
We structure and coordinate your occupational safety across sites – with consistent processes, deadlines and documentation standards. Existing internal contacts and safety specialists are brought into the support model. Operational process steering sits with Clarius.

No. Each service can be commissioned on its own. You can extend at any time; data and documents already captured continue to be used.
Usually as a monthly retainer based on number of sites and scope; one-off work is billed at a fixed price.
Ongoing support is usually agreed for twelve months, with a short notice period afterwards. One-off work ends when the results are handed over.
Then lawyers in the same group take over, without a second provider and without handover losses.
