We at Clarius stand for responsible and law-abiding conduct. In order to live up to this claim, we offer all employees, partners or service providers the opportunity to report indications of possible misconduct or breaches of the law securely and confidentially.
Pursuant to the Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (German Whistleblower Protection Act) (HinSchG) we have established an internal reporting office to which you can turn confidentially. This system serves to detect possible legal violations or serious breaches of rules in our company at an early stage and to put them to a stop. We foster a transparent corporate culture of integrity and encourage you as an employee, partner or service provider to report observed grievances without fear of detriment. Whistleblowers are legally protected against retaliation, and every report is treated by us in strict confidence.
How to reach our whistleblower office: You can send your reports securely and straightforwardly by e-mail to hinweisgeber@clarius-group.com or contact us by telephone at +49 40 257 660 939. Upon request we also enable a personal conversation with our Compliance Officer. Your identity remains protected in every case – upon request you can also submit your report anonymously.
Alternatively you have the possibility of turning to an external reporting office, e.g. to the nationwide whistleblower office at the Bundesamt für Justiz (Federal Office of Justice) . We assure that we examine every report in compliance with all data protection requirements (GDPR/BDSG (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – Federal Data Protection Act)) and handle it confidentially as well as promptly.
