The situation
A broad range for the trades, motor vehicles (Kfz), agriculture and industry includes chemical-technical products and other articles relevant to hazardous substances. For safe storage, use and documentation, the company needed a central, robust substance overview.
Our approach
We reviewed product and safety data, assigned relevant hazardous substances to the affected articles and compiled a structured hazardous-substances register (Gefahrstoffverzeichnis). Responsibilities and an update logic were defined so that new or changed products can be entered on an ongoing basis.
