What I value most is the appreciation shown to the whole team. As a trainee, I receive full support and am encouraged to contribute and implement my own ideas. The welcome was exceptionally warm, which I am very grateful for. The insight into many different areas also sets Clarius apart from other law firms.

Although I did not follow a traditional overseas career path, I was given the opportunity from the outset to work as an equal on a range of Legal and Consulting matters and projects. I can use my strengths and actively shape the work. I have become part of a supportive team that tackles challenges together and readily shares experience.

I work part-time with flexible hours. That has never been treated as a compromise here; it is simply normal. This has allowed me to take on responsibility: my family has its place, and a leadership position was still open to me. People with interests and ambition are supported rather than held back.

If I see that a process could work better, I simply raise it. There are no lengthy channels: we review it together and decide quickly. This is mainly due to how we work with each other. Both within the team and with my manager, the relationship is warm and based on mutual respect. Ideas are welcomed and can be put into practice directly.

At Clarius I apply what I learn at university directly in practice and keep building on it. I work actively on IT projects, take on my own tasks and keep getting to know new technologies and tools. That is how I experience first-hand how ideas become concrete solutions. Clarius gives me exactly the environment in which I can develop professionally.
