The situation
In a large care service, activities, workplaces and strains differ, in some cases markedly. Robust risk assessments therefore had to take into account both operational processes and the specific working situation of the employees concerned on site.
Our approach
We carried out workplace inspections, recorded activities and framework conditions and assessed the hazards identified. From this we derived concrete recommendations for the organisation and the individual working situation. In addition we provided relevant training content as e-learning so that employees could transfer the measures flexibly and uniformly into their day-to-day work.
