Management Board, CEO and Lawyer
Dr. Ernst Georg Berger founded Clarius in 2015 to combine the quality of legal advice with the pace and efficiency of an alternative legal services provider. Together with Nils Oberschelp, he developed the organisation into a managed services provider for legal, compliance and finance operations.

Managing Director, Legal and Consulting
Dr. Arnt Glienke joined the leadership team in 2023. He heads Legal and Consulting, with particular responsibility for compliance, data protection and current regulatory requirements. As Managing Director, he also leads the service portfolio of Clarius Data & Security GmbH.
