The situation
Many affiliated companies had to be brought into a shared data protection model. In addition, requirements from several European legal jurisdictions had to be coordinated.
Our approach
We established a group-wide data protection organisation under the responsibility of an external data protection officer. The parent company's framework agreement brings in the operating companies. Incidents, data-subject requests and processing documentation are recorded centrally on a digital platform, steered and closed in a traceable way.
