The situation

A small legal department was responsible for contract reviews and negotiations across the entire EMEA region. The volume of mostly English-language contracts led to capacity bottlenecks, longer handling times and quality risks.

Our approach

We took on routine and standard contracts on the basis of jointly defined framework conditions. Drafts were revised on a risk-oriented basis and, where required, negotiated through to readiness for signature. A digital platform structured intake, review steps and approvals; experienced lawyers were accountable for assessment and negotiation.

The result

Shorter handling times

Standardised processes speed up review and negotiation.

Noticeable relief

The internal legal department gains capacity for strategic topics.

Consistent quality

Uniform review criteria secure results across the entire EMEA region.
