Expansion of the management team: Josef Blank-Beck will become an additional managing director of Clarius Services GmbH on 1 March 2026.

Clarius Services GmbH is expanding its management team as of 1 March 2026: Josef Blank-Beck has been appointed as an additional managing director. Together with Ferdinand von Hutten and Michael Sander, he will be responsible for the strategic and technological development of the company in the future.

With this decision, Clarius Services is emphasising the central importance of technology for the future of the company. In particular, the further development of the Clarius Solutions Suite, the AI-native platform for legal, compliance and finance operations, is a key strategic focus for the group. The appointment of Josef Blank-Beck to the management board is a logical step in line with this development.

Josef Blank-Beck has been Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer (CTO & CPO) of the Clarius Group since August 2024. In this role, he is responsible for all IT and product areas of the group. His focus is on the strategic development of the Clarius Solutions Suite and the integration of innovative technologies for the automation and scaling of legal and operational processes, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.

The Clarius Solutions Suite forms the technological foundation of Clarius’ managed services. It combines AI-supported automation, structured workflows and accountable services in an integrated system. Against this backdrop, the technological management level will also be anchored at the executive management level in future.

Before joining Clarius, Josef Blank-Beck worked as an entrepreneur and full-stack developer for over 15 years. During this time, he founded and managed several technology projects, including an AI-powered collaboration platform for remote teams. His career is characterised by combining technological innovation with practical implementation and entrepreneurial dynamism.
