Clarius Group growsinto a leading managed services provider in Germany in the areas of legal and financial operations

The Clarius Group has been helping companies to outsource and optimize their support functions in the areas of compliance, legal, technology and data protection for many years. The Hamburg-based group is growing continuously, both organically and through acquisitions.

Now comes the next big step: the Clarius Group is significantly expanding its range of services. The Clarius Group is taking over the finance operations for a group from the consumer electronics sector and is founding the new specialized subsidiary Clarius Services GmbH for this area.

This makes the Clarius Group one of the leading Managed Services Providers (MSP) in the areas of legal and financial operations in Germany. MSPs relieve companies of necessary mandatory tasks so that they can concentrate fully on their core business. The Clarius Group is one of the technology leaders in this market: it combines in-house developed, AI-driven software solutions with personal advice from legal consultants and other experts. Apart from global management consultancies, some of which also provide such services, hardly any other MSP in Germany offers such a comprehensive service in these areas.

The range of services extends from legal and compliance, data protection and technology to finance and accounting. The Clarius Group takes on all or part of these activities in close coordination with the client. Through tailor-made solutions, it relieves its clients of complex support tasks, often associated with complex legal matters, and offers them access to high-quality digital and traditional services.

Its customers include more than 200 companies of various sizes in Germany and around the world – from small and medium-sized enterprises to major international corporations. The Clarius Group is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year. The company began as a B2B service provider in the legal segment and thus as a new type of law firm: more digital, more service-oriented, simpler and, as a result, more tailored and more cost-effective for clients.
