RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsibility for the technical onboarding of users of our Legal Tech Solutions incl. Configuration of customised settings
- Close contact with customers
- Support with project acquisition, e.g. in the form of demo presentations
- Project coordination incl. Correspondence and exchange with IT service providers and internal stakeholders
- Managing existing products and ensuring qualified support
- Support in the conception, new and further development of our legal tech products
- Interface between legal and programming expertise
YOUR PROFILE
- Education, university degree or professional experience in the legal or business field, preferably with a focus on IT
- Expertise and enthusiasm for digital trends and innovation
- Understanding of technical interrelationships
- Analytical and conceptual as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
- Initiative and a strong ability to organise yourself
- Experience with software administration or IT projects is an advantage
- Basic understanding of databases is a plus
