Responsibilities

  • Beratung zu wirtschaftsrechtlichen Themen wie Allgemeines Zivilrecht, Vertragsrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht und/oder Datenschutz und Compliance
  • Vertragserstellung und -prüfung
  • Vertretung unserer Mandanten in gerichtlichen und außergerichtlichen Streitigkeiten
  • Auditierung und Optimierung interner juristischer Abläufe unserer Mandanten z.B. durch Standardisierung und Digitalisierung ihrer Prozesse
  • Anwendung unserer Legal-Tech-Tools, beispielsweise bei Datenschutz-Audits
  • Pflege und Ausbau des Mandantenkontakts
  • Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Kommunikation mit zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörden

Your Profile

  • Ongoing or paused studies, preferably in the field of economics or law
  • Idealerweise Zulassung zur Rechtsanwaltschaft
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist sehr gern gesehen
  • Erfahrung in der juristischen Projektleitung und der Führung von Mitarbeitern (w/m/d) sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Motivation, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
  • Engagement und Lust am proaktiven, eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft und Service-Mentalität
