Responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für die eigenständige operative Umsetzung sämtlicher HR-Themen
  • Steuerung aller personaladministrativen Prozesse inklusive Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie Erstellung und Verwaltung des Personalbudgets
  • Verantwortlichkeit für das Recruiting sowie für das Personalmarketing
  • Aufbau und Entwicklung des HR-Bereichs mit mindestens einer weiteren Stelle
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Vorstands / der Geschäftsleitungsebene in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Umsetzung von HR-Projekten u.a. auch in Hinblick auf die Förderung eines gruppenweiten Wir-Gefühls und Optimierung der internen Prozesse
  • Personalentwicklung, Schulungen, etc.

Your Profile

  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung in HR-Verwaltung, Payroll und Recruiting
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, an unseren Standorten (Großraum Frankfurt am Main und Hamburg) tätig zu sein
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
  • Stark in der Umsetzung, belastbar und motiviert, die Unternehmen der Gruppe tatkräftig zu unterstützen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Nach Möglichkeit Erfahrung mit Personio und DATEV
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sind wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Post-Merger-Integration
